All you have to do is work hard. But it’s faster. Recently onoffline school SKVOT has entered the US market as well, next step for us is to be heard all around the world.
Such goals were achieved thanks to the proper work of our technical support team. We keep growing and are looking for an English-speaking technical support manager who will ensure everything goes well with the educational experience of our students.
IF YOU:
- have upper intermediate\advanced written and spoken English
- know how a PC looks from the inside and what part is responsible for what
- with experience in the helpdesk / service desk
- correctly prioritize, always responsible for the quality of your work and do not need micromanagement
- know how to edit video (or want to learn the basics of editing)

WHAT DOES TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER DO IN SKVOT?
- sets up equipment and software for online lectures of our tutors
- resolves technical issues during classes
- implements and manages a ticketing system
- works with AMO CRM and develops knowledge on its mechanics and algorithms
- solves technical problems of clients via phone
- uploads videos to Vimeo / Youtube
- loads and processes videos of classes in LMS (Learning Management System)

- schedule 9 pm – 4:30 am

- all our courses are free and we also compensate for educational activities outside the company

- six months later – we cover 50% of the cost of your gym, pool, yoga studio classes and 50% of English classes;
